Tasting beer specialities in the oldest brewery in Tyrol? It couldn’t be more wonderful! The brewery is only a 45-minute walk from your holiday apartment, so your car can stay in our underground car park.

Fishing at Bochra See
An idyllic fishing lake with a playground and small café. It is approximately four kilometres from Hochfeldhof and always worth a visit.

Gasthaus Steinerkogel above Mayrhofen
Gasthaus Steinerkogel sits in a wonderful panoramic location, which you reach after a leisurely hike from Mayrhofen (approx. 1.5 hours). The view is worth it, and so is the food – that’s a promise!

Jörgleralm in Schönachtal
Go on a beautiful, yet leisurely hike from Gerlos to Schönachtal. Delicious treats await! Ideal for families with small children.

Hohenaualm in the “Little Tibet” of Zillertal
From the blue-green reservoir at Zillergrund, a panoramic trail leads you to Hohenaualm in just under 1.5 hours. A touch of Tibet awaits you and your loved ones!

Talbach via ferrata in Zellberg
First work off your energy, then enjoy: Take the via ferrata to the Talbachstüberl snack station. The starting point is only three kilometres away from Hochfeldhof.

Max hut in Gunggl-Hochtal
You can reach the rustic alpine hut on the edge of the forest near Ginzling after a one-hour hike. Then, enjoy genuine Zillertal specialities!

Gasthof Talblick in Aschau
Set off directly from Hochfeldhof to Gasthof Talblick. After about 1.5 hours, you’ll reach your destination where you can enjoy a sensational view while the children work off their energy at the playground!

Fischzucht Moser in Auschau
We recommend the delectably fresh salmon trout from sustainable breeding. And best of all? The guesthouse is just two kilometres away from Hochfeldhof.  

Schulhaus gourmet restaurant in Zellberg
Wonderful panoramic terrace and excellent cuisine – what more could you want? On the trail (approx. 1.5 hours from the Hochfeldhof), you will pass the picturesque Josefskapelle chapel.

Gielerhof winery bar in Zell am Ziller
Be sure to taste the house wine, it’s really worth a sip or two! After a short digestive walk, you’ll be back home at Hochfeldhof.
